established in 1990 to research, develop and market unique new food ingredients to serve the baking and food industries.
Cereal Ingredients functions with a highly developed sense
of urgency assisting clients with their needs. A dedicated
staff brings many years of baking, grain and food industry experience from the fields of
manufacturing, sales, marketing, laboratory services and R & D.
Cereal Ingredients, Inc. has its headquarters, manufacturing, R & D and pilot plant facilities in Leavenworth, Kansas. Its two on-site manufacturing facilities produce a full line of cold-extruded particulates as well as health and wellness products. The Flav-R-Bites® particulates include fruit analogs and inclusions that add flavor, texture, and color to baked goods, cereals, and pre-blended mixes that create swirl effects in bakery products. The Nutri-Bites® family of health and wellness products features high protein and high fiber crisps and whole grain pieces with special nutritional qualities.
Cereal Ingredients manufactures standard and custom formulated products and markets its products worldwide. Contract manufacturing services are also available.
